  1. In order for the player to participate in the game, he needs to open the Maltcasino page and open the “eSports” section.
  2. All bets accepted by Maltcasino are subject to these rules;
  3. Maltcasino reserves the right to cancel any bet made on obviously "wrong" odds, switched odds or a bet made after an event has started;
  4. Maltcasino reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any bet;
  5. Bets are settled only after the contest is final;
  6. The winner of an event will be determined on the date of the event's conclusion; Maltcasino does not recognize protested or overturned decisions for betting purposes. The result of an event suspended after the start of competition will be decided according to the betting rules specified for that sport by Maltcasino;
  7. By the laws of the Lottery and Gaming Authorities in Malta, no one under the age of 18 is permitted to make a bet;
  8. All rules, regulations and payoffs contained herein are subject to changes and revisions by Maltcasino without prior written notice;
  9. Maximum bet amounts on all sporting events will be determined by Maltcasino and are subject to change without prior written notice. Maltcasino also reserves the right to adjust limits on individual accounts as well;
  10. In the event funds are credited to a customer's account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify Maltcasino of the aforesaid error without delay. For accounts with minus balances, Maltcasino reserves the right to cancel any pending plays, whether placed with funds resulting from the error or not;
  11. Members are solely responsible for their own account transactions. Please make sure to review and confirm your bets for any mistakes before sending them in. Once a transaction is complete, it cannot be changed.Maltcasino does not take responsibility for missing or duplicate bets made by the client and will not entertain discrepancy requests because a play is missing or duplicated.

    Clients may review their transactions in the "My Sports Betting Account"of the site after each session to ensure all requested bets were accepted;

  12. All account balances and transactions appear in the currency selected at the time the account was originally opened;
  13. Winnings will always be calculated using European Odds. Please note, that when converting odds into the British standard, round-off errors may occur, since some odds don't have an exact translation into British-style fractions. Here, we'll show the nearest fractional odds;
  14. Maltcasino reserves the right to suspend a client account without prior notice and return all funds to the main wallet;
  15. In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version, the English language version will be considered to be correct;
  16. Accumulators (Parlays, Multis): We accept up to 20 outcomes in an accumulator. If certain outcomes are "mutually dependent" (example: place bet on Chelsea to win the English Premier League combined with a home win in the last deciding game) these bets will be voided;
  17. Any bets placed with a system bet will not count for the wagering requirement in Bonus;
  18. Live Score Update is for guidance only.
  19. If not otherwise stated, dead heat rule applies for all cases where two or more betting options are considered to be winning options. The odds for the winning options will be divided by all pick variations won and then multiplied by the respective initial stake.
  20. All live bets are subject to an acceptance delay period before being accepted or rejected, time interval in which the bet has the status “Pending”. If any significant event happened inside this acceptance delay, determining significant odds changes that reflect the actual state of play, the bet will be rejected and the stake returned to the customer at the end of acceptance period.

    A message notifying the rejection or acceptance will be displayed in the betting slip; it's customer's responsibility to check whether a live bet was accepted or not in the Bet History section of the account;

    Example 1: In-running FIFA game, a customer placed a bet on 1X2 market and a goal is scored while his bet is still in pending, waiting for approval. The system will automatically reject this bet at the end of bet’s acceptance delay due to the new state of play, there are significant odds changes in 1X2 market;

    Example 2: Example 2: In-running NBA2k game, a customer placed a bet on Over Under X Points market and a 3-pointer is scored while the bet is still in pending, waiting for approval. The system will automatically reject this bet at the end of bet’s acceptance delay if those 3 points trigger significant changes in Over / Under odds;

  21. A multiple bet which contains one or more live selections will be accepted if and only each live selection is accepted by the system after the acceptance delay. If there is one live selection which is not accepted, then the multiple bet will be automatically rejected.

    Example: Customer makes a multiple bet with Chelsea to win, ManUtd to win and Liverpol to win, all 3 matches are in-play. Chelsea to win selection is not accepted after the acceptance delay because of a goal being scored while the multiple bet was in pending, so the system will automatically voided all 3 selections, and return the stake to the customer.

  22. If a match venue is changed (other than to the away team's ground), then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed, then bets placed based on the original listing will be voided.

    We will endeavor to identify on our website all matches played at a neutral venue. For such matches (whether indicated on our site or not), bets will stand regardless of which team is listed as the home team. In the event of a match being played on a neutral ground, the team displayed first will be considered as the home team.

  24. The purpose ot this document is:

    1. to describe what is system bet, and types of system bets;
    2. give several examples to make process of creation of system bets more clear General explanation of system bets.
  1. System bet is a 3rd possible type of bets (together with singles and multies). System bet option is available as soon as player choose 3 different selections.
  2. The main difference between system bets and multi (parlay) bets is that player can win a system bet even if not all his/her picks are correct. For example, in the case of a 2/3 system bet, player wins even if only two of his/her three predictions turn out to be correct.
  3. In a system bet, combinations of picks are formed. An example is shown below:

    Player has selected four different picks and opted for a 2/4 system bet. This means that player is placing a total of six bets, since there are six possible winning pairs based on those four predictions. The stake per bet of EUR 0.50 is wagered on each of those six bets. According to the principle of the system bet, player wins even if only two of the four predictions prove correct. The exact amount of the winnings depends on how many of the predictions prove correct.

  1. Settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant tournament officials.
  2. If a match is postponed or suspended all bets will have action 48 hours after (scheduled) kickoff.
  3. Outright/Winner: Predict which team/participant will win the event. Bets on non-starting participants will be refunded. If a tournament is not completed, all Outright bets will be voided. If a team/player plays at least one map, they will be considered an entrant. If that team later does not complete the tournament, they will be settled as a loser. Each way bets – dead heat rules may apply. Rule 4 may apply.
  4. Match betting refers to the winner of the Match/Game/Map/Round. In the event of a match starting but not being completed for any reason, all bets on the outcome of the match will be voided, unless the team/player is disqualified, in which case the team/player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner.
  5. Total Bets: All bets will be voided if the match is not completed unless settlement is already determined.
  6. Correct Score: If the match is not completed, all bets will be voided, unless the outcome is already determined.

League Of LegendsTop

  1. Map Betting 2Way & 3Way: Bet on who will win the match. Where the event finishes in a draw, 2-way market will be voided. If there is a change in the number of maps or games played, bets placed on this market will stand. If any map is not played or is awarded to one player or team by walkover or default without play having commenced, all bets on that map and on the matchup as a whole are voided.
  2. Kills markets: Will be settled based on the official scoreboard or game API id definitive in determining whether the death of a Champion counts as a kill.
  3. First Blood: The team that is announced in-game to get "First Blood" wins this bet.
  4. Race to X Kills: Settled on the first team who reach X kills on the in-game scoreboard. In the case of abandonment, all bets will be voided unless settlement is already determined.
  5. Handicap Betting:Round/Maps Handicap: You bet on the winner of the match after the stated handicap has been applied. This betting type has only 2 outcomes, Home and Away, Draw being excluded.
  6. Correct Score: Bet on the exact match score. If a Correct score occurs that is not an option in our offer, all bets are lost.
  7. Team To Score A Penta Kill: Bet if a Player in the named team will score a Penta kill.
  8. Team To Score A Quadra Kill: Bet if a Player in the named team will score a Quadra kill.
  9. Team To Win At Least One Map: Bet on the named team to win at least one map in the match.
  10. Both Teams To Slay A Baron: Based on whether both teams to slay a Baron in the match.
  11. Both Teams To Destroy An Inhibitor: Based on whether both teams to destroy an Inhibitor in the match.
  12. Both Teams To Slay A Dragon: Based on whether both teams to slay a Dragon in the match or not.
  13. Maps Over/Under: Predict that the number of maps played in the game is over or under a certain threshold. All bets will be voided if the match is not completed, unless settlement is already determined.
  14. Barons Slain Over/Under: Predict the number of barons slain in the game is over or under a certain threshold. All bets will be voided if the match is not completed, unless settlement is already determined.
  15. Dragons Slain Over/Under: Predict the number of dragon slain in the game is over or under a certain threshold. All bets will be voided if the match is not completed, unless settlement is already determined.
  16. Towers Destroyed Over/Under: Predict the number of towers destroyed in the game will be over or under a certain threshold. All bets will be voided if the match is not completed unless settlement is already determined.
  17. Inhibitors Destroyed Over/Under: Predict the number of inhibitors destroyed in the game will be over or under a certain threshold. All bets will be voided if the match is not completed unless settlement is already determined.
  18. Kills Scored Over/Under: Predict the total number of kills scored on the map in the game is over or under a certain threshold. All bets will be voided if the match is not completed unless settlement is already determined.
  19. Kills Scored Odd/Even: Predict the number of kills scored on the map will be odd or even.
  20. To Draw First Blood: Predict the team who will have the first blood in the match.
  21. Team to Destroy Inhibitor X: Predict the team who will destroy inhibitor X.
  22. Kills Handicap: Predict the team which will get most kills in the match, given a certain handicap.
  23. Team to Score Kill X: Predict the team who will score kill X, if no kill will be scored on the game, the stake will be refunded.
  24. Team Number Of Maps Won: Predict the number of maps won by the team.
